About the Founder - Lorin Balaban-Maggio

Lorin Balaban-Maggio is the founder of The Everyday Edit Family of Brands, a collective of concierge, event, and operational support services designed to give individuals, families, and businesses back their most valuable asset, time.
With more than 20 years of experience in hospitality sales and marketing leadership, she built her career producing complex programs, negotiating high-level agreements, and creating seamless experiences for some of the most recognized organizations in the country. She is known for anticipating needs before they are spoken and for bringing calm, strategy, and thoughtful execution to every environment she serves.
Becoming a single mother was a defining turning point. In choosing a life rooted in peace, intention, and community, Lorin stepped away from the expectation of doing everything alone and created The Everyday Edit as a modern village that removes the stigma around asking for help and restores ease to everyday living.
An adult diagnosis of neurodivergence gave her a deeper understanding of how much of life had been spent adapting to systems that felt overwhelming. Today, her work focuses on designing spaces and support that adapt to the individual, helping clients move away from unrealistic standards and into environments where they can function and thrive naturally.
At the heart of the brand is Edit Undue, its philanthropic initiative. A portion of every invoice is dedicated to uplifting a single parent or a family transitioning out of unsafe circumstances, providing tangible support and a renewed sense of stability.
Lorin’s work is rooted in the belief that true luxury is feeling supported, time is a form of freedom, and no one is meant to do life alone.
